The window didn't open, there was no TV remote control and there insects in the room. They did offer to move rooms BUT the room shouldn't have been given to a guest in the first place.

Good room - 2 pillows would have been nice as the pillow provided was a bit flat. Food nice - coffee not great! Loved the leisure centre and the grounds are beautiful. Good value.

very restful stay. Staff worked hard to ensure everything worked well, particularly Juliet. Decor needs some attention in some public areas but did not detract.
