Location was good. Nice to have a pool. Ticked all the boxes without being outstanding. Staff were helpful. Would stay again as it’s reasonably priced and is in a good location.

"Good comfortable stay, reception staff friendly."

Reception staff were great, informative and friendly. Hotel was Affordable and location was good for what we needed.

The restaurant staff member, older gent, was abrupt and rude when I was wanting to order food for the family. It was not the service I expected. Being automatically charged a service fee when asked for the bill is cheeky! To receive a tip great customer service needs to be delivered, it wasn’t, on this occasion.

"Weekend in Chester"

Brilliant location just across the road from the park&ride into Chester. Room was spacious and comfortable. We prepaid for a daily breakfast and was so glad we did, it was delicious.

Pool and jacuzzi I love the soap and lotion provided

The rooms are too far. My parents were exhausted in walking to get to our room. The tele was not working and Was not sorted during our stay. I rang the reception they told us they will come around but no one came.
