There was a crack in the sink in the bathroom. My son wanted to play in the little garden but there were a few male adults playing Jenga and smoking and drinking about 11 this morning. He didn't feel comfortable so we went inside to play.

Very bad service not professional at all

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and done full payment. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 AM after travelling from Reading with our child. The hotel staff informed us that only one room was available and it had no electricity/power. They offered this unusable room at half price, which we declined. Due to the situation and the late hour with our child, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. No basic facilities

"Great stay"

Warm welcome and invitation to change room if not happy with one allocated (which we were) Invitation to extend.checkout at no cost if we needed. Great buffet breakfast. Great swimming pool. Free parking. Good walk in shower and AC in room. Easy access to Chester by bus.

Easy to find, good location for the motorway and consistent with Holiday Inn quality
