We went to The Bush for a Sunday lunch, it was a gorgeous sunny day and the restaurant looked lovely, some people inside and some sitting out in the lush garden enjoying the sun. We were greeted and taken to our table, our waitress, Rosa took our drinks order and told us about the menu and the soup of the day when our drinks arrived we ordered our food which turned out to be very good, one of the best roast beef I have had in a while, perfectly cooked and a generous portion with all the trimmings, service was excellent and Rosa was charming. Will be back!

Perfect location Old building but beautifully decorated Relaxing atmosphere Friendly and helpful staff ! They were all amazing! (Especially Sophie on reception) Gardens were lovely and well maintained.

Our room was very outdated compared to my family’s….”vintage” is putting it diplomatically ;) Hopefully the hotel can remodel those rooms too. Hard water build up on the bathroom sink/shower outlets should be removed…easy enough but it meant using bottled water for the tea & coffee machine because of floaters in the water We added breakfast which had a great selection but the hot buffet items were not so hot so we ordered off the menu and that was super yummy …and hot
