Nice hotel , lovely garden convenient town centre location

We were in room 305 the position of mirrors and plugs were not compatable. My wife not able to look in a mirror when drying her hair. We have an electric car but were not able to use the chargers as cars who were not charging were parked in the spaces.

This is a genuinely exceptional hotel - and I stay in a lot. What makes it special is the staff - every single person we encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. The hotel public spaces are comfortable- in the hot weather we enjoyed the garden terrace for breakfast and early evening drinks, our room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Everything we asked for they did with a smile I am disable the room was pervict walk-in shower. Recommend highly hotels could learn a lot lot from your team

We booked a suite as 3 women staying together to celebrate a friends birthday. Really beautiful L shaped room with huge ensuite and additional sofa bed set up.

We were lacking some towels considering they knew we were a group of 3 but that was soon rectified.

On arrival the receptionist argued that my room was £50 more expensive, than my booked rate of £220. After 15 minutes a manager intervened and sorted the matter out. At breakfast the following morning I paid extra and paid for an omelette, it was disgusting and sent it back. I am still waiting for a refund of the additional breakfast charge. I have stayed at this hotel previously and it was very good. My experience this time was totally different, it appeared cost reduction was king and you staying as a paying customer was an inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. We will definitely be back soon.

The only downside is that there is no lift and our room was on the 2nd floor. Additionally the window ledges were very dirty on the outside.

We stayed here as part of a large family group who were attending a wedding nearby over the May Bank Holiday. I can be quite critical but there was nothing to criticise here. The hotel was a really nice place to stay in the centre of Farnham with a lovely garden at the rear and it was great value. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the air conditioning worked brilliantly on an exceptionally warm weekend, the bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. Nothing else to say other than you should seriously consider staying here if you are looking for a hotel in the area.
