The size of room and cleanliness was good

The hotel foyer was uncomfortably cold and when we got to our bedroom it was also cold and the heating did not work. Our check in with the lady at the front desk was not particularly friendly or welcoming. When we went back to her to ask about the temperature in the bedroom she was dismissive and said it was maintenance issue and she couldn't do anything. She was so unhelpful. The pool was about to undergo refurbishment - the lady there was keeping the door open despite us asking her to keep it closed so my kids in the pool were not getting blasted with cold air and she was also difficult and would not close it. We finally had a lovely lady who came to our room to try and sort the temperature and she was very pleasant but not a good experience overall. The service from 1 lady at the front desk and at the pool was awful - they need training in customer service

The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a Premium double and it was very clean and a spacious room. It was really nice to have a couple of drinks in the mini fridge to be able to enjoy upon arrival after a long journey. It was a good location - caught an uber to St Albans for dinner which wasn’t very far away and only 15 mins from Drift Limits.

The spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) were unfortunately a little out dated and needed freshening up. However, they are under refurbishment so will assume they will be to the same high standard as the hotel once finished.

Cisza, duży parking.

Mały wybór na śniadaniach, posiłki monotonne, mało świeżych owoców. Brak jogurtów. W okolicy samego hotelu tylko stacja benzynowa. Brak przystanków. Bez auta, czy taxi nie ma co robić.

Good stay , that’s what exactly we needed , great night sleep and love the morning bit , where we can enjoy our breakfast in orangery - amazing

Staff excellent, cha ged toom either no fuss, swimming pool good staff there vert friendly.. Breakfast choice good , cooked breakfast could have done with being warmer, coffee machine produced like warm coffee, did mention this , so asked for teapot for tea and given with no fuss by very cheerful dare I say older gentleman. Overall great stay

The staff were amazing especially Derek in the restaurant. All the staff were polite and helpful and made you feel at home. Room was standard as anywhere else and was clean. Would stay again!

The room was quite cold both nights but there was a small heater in the room if it got too cold. No other complaints as everything was amazing
