IMThe room was really nice, couldn’t fault it. The ladies who were working on Monday morning (22nd June) helped us out with one of our hungry party after breakfast had finished. A kind gesture that went a long way. I didn’t get their names but any staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. It was a nice touch having the Starbucks counter, we enjoyed some coffees whilst waiting for our taxi. Will definitely stay again.

Only 1 socket by the bed, luckily I bought a extension so me n my daughter both could charge our phones at bedside. Room felt basic, no water on our hot beverage tray like it specifies. TV remote didnt work very well. The room didnt have any extra touches to make it stand out. I have limited mobility and asked for a room near lift. Our room wasnt. Walked down to breakfast and all I could smell was BURNT TOAST Orange juice was warm

Ordered food at restaurant before closing, it did not arrive, when questioned it turned out message never got to the kitchen and they went home. Breakfast had lots missing food on the buffet, was supplied slowly and cups were not available. Only one of 3 coffee machines working. Staff were nice, food quality was good, service was disorganised and really poor.
