Great service from the front desk staff. A lift to all the floors. Beautiful clean room with a fridge. Good choice of food in the evening that was really tasty. Very quiet despite the number of rooms. Fantastic choice of breakfast dishes. Very helpful staff in breakfast area.

There was a lot of litter and rubbish blowing around in the front door area which spoilt the overall look of the hotel

Bedding clean, towels clean, bathroom clean.

Breakfast wasnt included in the price.

Very near to M6 motorway.

Very noisy in restaurant and having given our preferences to the waiter at dinner then he came back to say they didn’t have the items. Once at the main course and again for dessert. They should have known that before taking our order. Breakfast was very busy but the staff on duty couldn’t keep up in replacing items especially at the bakery side i.e side plates also mugs at coffee machines. Very good cooked breakfast.

The only thing I liked was personnel, especially the young & helpful lady who worked in the nightshift

The hotel is shabby and worn out every where.. Very poor value for money. The bathroom of our hotelroom was dirty with sand in the floor. In the breakfast room at 9.15 o'clock there was no yogurt and fruit left.

Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice, staff were attentive and had a good atmosphere, facilities were really good, nice pool and spa area.

Convenient and accessible from M6.. Good green spaces round hotel. Dog friendly.
