Mit viel Gepäck kann der Flur, je nach Lage des Zimmers, etwas lang sein. Personal drängt sich dabei beim Gepäckschleppen nicht auf.

GBGBPool was nice. Peaceful and quiet room as we were near one of the end of corridor. Shower was really good. Breakfast was good and service too. Generally clean. The room was nicely dark for sleeping. Good curtains.
Very worn in the room. The sofa bed / sofa was a little tatty (and we didn’t need the sofa bed laid out), the bottom of doors in the hotel all seem very worn. I’m sure there were pet hairs in the room even though we asked for a pet free room due to allergies. (We had our allergy tablets with us). Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bed wasn’t comfy for us and we didn’t like the feather pillows but that’s just our opinion (we like harder beds and normal pillows). In hindsight I should have asked reception to swap the pillows. Quilt was good. Swimming pool showers and changing room could be better. Not filled the shampoo and soaps up. Floors were constantly wet but clean. Reception area could do with a better layout. It was unusual with the mirror wall in that location.
AULocation and free parking.
First room we stayed in had pet hair and smelled of wet dog. Staff quickly moved us to a new room which was appreciated, and management followed up to inspect cleaning issue. The two staff on the restaurant in the evening were fantastic.
