Beautiful location on the river and close to town

Service at bar not to standard given bill before finishing meal

We had dinner at complete angler service from om was excellent throughout the service we had drinks in the lawn om served us pins colada one of his colleague Caldwell was very welcoming thanks om and cladwell

Poor service,poor food. Poor reception

Everything except my evening meal.

I had a ribeye steak which was microwaved and not grilled!!!!!

I have already submitted one of these questionaries the air conditioning controls were not working and the bathroom towel radiator wouldn't switch off so we had to sleep with the window open and the noise kept us awake all night, I complained to reception twice but no one appeared to sort out the problem, I complained again to the receptionist when i checked out but no one bothered to contact me, I have complained to the hotel directly by email but still NO reply.

our experience was pretty good And we had a lovely room. However our friends had a very different experience and their room was small and not very clean. the location is brilliant

parts of the hotel are looking very tired and general maintenance needs to be of a much higher standard in this grade of hotel

It’s a rabbit warren with a great amount of stairs Also not used to passing guests on the stairs with their dogs Might be good for people seeking a dog friendly hotel but personally I don’t want to stay in a room that has previously housed a dog
