Breakfast was fine, altyhough limited ioptions for vegetarians.

Roomw was tired and the hotel is in desperate need of renovation / modernisation. No UCB charging points, window was broken with a large gaping hole between the upper and lower section, few plug sockets and there is no lift and some rooms including ours was up 2 flights of stairs.

Location Spacious comfortable bedroom in the new refurbished section, overlooking the weir.

Level of service not great, being slow in the bar lounge over lunchtime. Not enough attention to detail. Breakfast buffet very mediocre with very poor fruit salad (simple apple and pear). No berries available when requested with porridge.

Nice views of the river, easy to walk into Marlow high street

Tired, worn, damp.

Location is excellent

Property is tired looking, peeling paint above outside windows. Radiator that would turn off. Air conditioning that didn’t work the room was uncomfortably hot and windows only open so far because of safety. No phone to call reception. Offered upgrade then nothing mentioned when we checked in. Had to go and find coffee pods and milk this morning.

Rooms are very tired, aircon doesn’t work so it’s very hot and stuffy

Location good as we went for Sindhu.

Breakfast arrived cold and the poached eggs appeared to have been pre-cooked and reheated. Extremely disappointing. Room was tired mould on shower door and hair on taps. No real milk and no mini bar. Needs to be refurbished for the money.
