The view from the bedroom feature overlooking the weir was just about the only redeeming feature and even that became a little tiresome as we had booked for a week. The eating arrangements include a reasonable Indian restaurant. For the rest see below !

The room was quite small and had barely enough storage for two people spending 7 days. The in-bath shower was inaccessible for my wife who is partially disabled, and, because of the positioning of the screen was quite difficult for me to get in and out of. We had two long and two short flights of stairs to our bedroom ( no lift ). The breakfast was very disappointing and although we had paid for breakfast each day we only went in the first day . The main restaurant ( Riverside ) has a very limited menu and wine list for a hotel of this size and reputation.

Inadequate numbers of poorly trained staff. Garden tables not cleared or cleaned. Litter on ground. Repeatedly got food and drink orders completely wrong

We had a lovely large room small balcony with river views bed was very comfortable and room was very clean

The weather was amazing which made turnign up and having drinks out on the lawn even more spectacular. An amazing location by the waters edge and the bridge. Room was better than expected with a balcony overlooking the wier.

Breakfast was good but not the best.

The hotel's location is superb, with magnificent views of the weir and of course right not he bank of the River Thames. The bedroom had even better views and was a delightful four poster. The town was nice to explore as well as the Thames Path which we walk dup river. The boat trips you can get from the park is also worth the effort as very knowledgeable crew. Staff we lovely and attentive.

We think the breakfast was over priced for what you got especially when you compared with the main courses for evening meals. It was busy due to the weather and bank holiday, which meant the staff were very busy and at times over stretched. However, they were always very pleasant and attentive.

Location . Right on the river Thames and a 2 minute walk to the high street

Stunning location and overall a stunning building. The only thing I enjoyed was the weather and that had nothing to do with this property

So incredibly overpriced and so underwhelming for what you get. Incredibly disappointed at the size of the room for the cost that you pay and incredibly disappointing with the breakfast. It was distasteful and possibly the worst continental offered. You get Moore Moore with a premier Inn then you did it this property I was incredibly disappointed with how much I paid for my room. The size of the room was incredibly small. There was spiderwebs, dirt, and dust. And then I paid extra for breakfast and it was incredibly distasteful and as mentioned, the continental breakfast was the most saddest thing I’ve ever seen
