The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton Hotel

So fancied a quick trip for the use of the thermal spa at the Randolph, it’s £30 for the hour but you get the sauna, rock sauna, steam room and aroma steam room and a rather powerful and relaxing jacuzzi/hydropool at least that’s what I thought! Very very disappointingly the jacuzzi/hydropool was out of order, this is one of the reason I use this facility as this is particularly effective on tight muscles/ligaments. What annoyed me most was when I went to reception to pay on arrival the staff didn’t inform of this, as I likely wouldn’t have paid for it and instead visited on a day when it is up and running. So not only didn’t they inform the guest but they charge you full price even though you aren’t getting 100% of the facilities to use! I travel the country using these sort of facilities as other than hotels, spas and some gyms its scarce in most local authority leisure centres nowadays! Don’t particularly want to have to ring ahead to find out if all the facilities are in full working use!!! I would be curious to know what the sheer lack of information by the staff and what the response is??

Lacked bar space to sit and have a drink. The space by reception was always crowded and a bit draughty.

From start to finish, the stay was absolutely incredible. We usually stay at The Bank or Old Parsonage & I have to say, the level of hospitality was on par with both of those properties. Samuel helped me to my room with such kindness and all the front desk staff exuded an above and beyond graciousness you don't find often. As someone in VIP customer service who travels all over the world, I can attest to this. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We had a 5 star experience at The Randolph. All the staff, from Reception to Dining/Bar were very professional and very accommodating. The Old building just added to the charm in many ways. The beds were very comfortable, had a great nights' sleep. Very close to the train station. We would definitely return and recommend

The Randolph Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding. Rebecca Hatch did an incredible job planning everything. We had the ceremony, reception, and dinner all in the hotel, and it was abosolutely perfect. Fernanda and the entire reception team were also incredible coordinating everything on the day. My husband and I are so appreciative of everything the Randolph team did to make our wedding run so smoothly!

We stayed at the Randolph Hotel so we could see Oxford. It was the perfect location for us to do that. Everything we wanted to see in this city was right at our doorstep. The hotel is a Hilton hotel and is very comfortable. The staff is outstanding. We first met Fahad as we pulled up to the hotel in our car and he was such an asset to us and the hotel. He is pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us during our stay. There were many other staff who were eager to make our stay pleasant. The Alice restaurant where we had breakfast had delicious breakfast fare and the staff were welcoming, especially Lauren. Beings so close to everything we wanted to see made our visit easy-the Ashmolean museum was right across from the hotel! We would come back to this hotel again if we ever needed to visit Oxford again.

Beautiful location and service. I went for a conference and the food was great! My body cannot tolerate gluten, dairy or shellfish (not vegan) and I was super impressed with the food choices available for both mains and desserts- and the quality too

We hosted a day conference here and also stayed overnight. The conference facilities are wonderful, we were impressed by the care and attention given to us by Taikum and her team. The bedrooms all have character, which is lovely for a city centre hotel. The location is brilliant, a short walk from Oxford City Centre and easy access to the sites and colleges of Oxford. The private dining area is perfect for those special events, family gatherings and corporate meals. The staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel were efficient and friendly. Parking is good for our conference day guests, as there are locations nearby and the park and ride is excellent and very reasonably priced. We also used the hotel valet parking, which was perfect for the overnight stay. We shall be back!
