We've been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. The staff are very good, very friendly, very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect with views of the cathedral. The room was a good size with two comfortable chairs.

The rooms are starting to look a little dated and in need of modernization, or at least some TLC. For example we had two windows that opened, a large one and a smaller one above it. Well the smaller one might have opened if someone hadn't unscrewed the handle and taken it away. The choice with the larger window was closed or wide open. The bathroom too needs a bit of work to bring it up to properly modern standards.

Price for the room, over priced for what it was. Very dated, some of the lights didn't work. No drinking water available in the room. Noisy, could hear all the drunks walking by
