Castle Hotel Windsor

Central location, comfortable room. Lovely touches with fresh milk and water in fridge. Parking onsite, even though it was expensive. Even though main building is under renovation, it did not trouble our stay.

Tv was temperamental and was not a smart TV. On booking the room booking.com advertised the room would automatically come with an Nespresso machine and robes. However this was not completely true, which was disappointing as I purposely booked this for my partners birthday. However, the hotel did resolve by providing one after request.

We stayed at the Castle Hotel for 2 nights on a family trip to visit Windsor Castle. It's easy to get to, has ample parking, though its pricey considering you've already paid to stay at the hotel (although I suppose its to be expected), clean and spacious. We had a family room in the building at the rear of the hotel, which was fantastic. I loved the little touches of the books about the castle and the Royals, and the themed pictures. It was warm and comfortable. It's perfectly located, right by the main visitors entrance to the castle. The breakfast was delicious, with loads of choice, and the bar area is a lovely, relaxing space to chill out in at night, with a few bar snacks to keep you going. The hotel stay wasn't particularly pricey given its location (apart from the parking, but maybe this is a private company, who knows). Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, warm, and welcoming hotel with a well equipped room. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast not good value and disappointing in quality.

We have just returned from our stay at The castle Hotel it was our second visit there. Hotel is a stones throw from the castle staff are helpful rooms are comfortable there is work being carried out in the hotel atm so not all facilities are available but this did not inconvenience us. Breakfast caters for everyone’s needs we will return in the summer months to enjoy the riverside
