"Great location but poor service and being renovated so everything was closed."

Location was great.

The hotel was mainly closed for reservations and had I had known this I wouldn’t have booked. We ended up in an annex at the back of the hotel.

"Lovely stay"

We stayed at this lovely hotel to see in the new year 2026 the staff were very helpful and polite.. The room was big and quiet.. And although the main building was was being refurbished it didn't affect our stay at all.. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful.. The hotel is centrally located for everything in Windsor ..shopping.. Restaurants.. And of course the Castle which is directly opposite.. Would definitely stay here again..
