We come to the venue each week as my kid has a class at the venue. The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The host, Suleyman, is extremely nice man, who always makes an effort to make the children feel special and have fun. (giving them a bag of sweets or colouring, or himself dressing up in funny glasses and wearing a cereal box as a hat to amuse the kids). The other staff are all polite and friendly. If there is one negative, it's that the coffee is extremely bitter and tastes like cardboard (despite it being advertised as Starbucks coffee). But that alone doesn't lead to a drop of a star, as overall facilities, staff friendliness and cleanliness means it will be a good experience regardless.

Nahe zur Autobahn, Laden gegenüber, netter Eingangsbereich, Bad Ok und sauber, Frühstück gut

Zustand Teppichböden in Gängen und vor allem im Zimmer grenzwertig (siehe Bilder). Auch Gardinen und Sofa schmutzig bzw. defekt. Heizung im Zimmer nicht funktionsfähig trotz 12-15 Grad Außentemperatur. Haben mit Halbpension gebucht, Essen war sehr mäßig und nicht dem eigentlich aufgerufenen Preis entsprechend…deshalb waren wir wohl auch fast die einzigen, die dort zu Abend gegessen haben.
