Great staff! A/C!! Comfortable bed and great food!

Wish the room got a little colder. 😁

My wife and i were late in arriving nearly midnight. We were met with very polite female at Reception. Having confirmed our details helped my wife with our Baggage to the Room while i went and parked my car. We had a good night’s sleep and amazing full English breakfast.Staff couldn’t be more helpful especially with my Gluten free Breakfast plenty of choice on the menu

Car parking wasn’t to difficult. I needed to drop off my wife at reception first and then park up. I found a parking spot and car was safe for the night.

Holiday Inn-South Reading It's not a 5* hotel but staff are friendly, helpful and smiley . Our family room is clean, bed is spacious and comfortable beddings are clean and crisp. The sofa bed is big. Breakfast is well prepared and good choices! My daughter enjoyed choosing and having her breakfast. Special mention to the greet and meet person at breakfast: Suleyman 🌻 He's like a breath of fresh air in the morning! So great with kids as well! The cereal box hat and funny glasses did the trick of fun to kids. The restaurant staff are very attentive too. We just had an overnight stay and we really had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend the hotel as it's close to Legoland (about 30 min) , has a water park about 20-30 min Coral Reef, 5 min walk to Nandos, Popeyes, and other famous fastfood chain, Lidl and Aldi across the road. I had to pay for parking even though I had a blue badge. Family rooms are situated very far away from reception.

I have stayed here a couple of times before and always had a great experience, but this was my first time since being diagnosed coeliac a year ago and the breakfast service was one of the best experiences I've had in terms of my dietary needs being accommodated. Manel was so welcoming and helpful, talking me through the gluten free options available and even going to get my food straight from the kitchen to avoid the cross contamination risk from the buffet. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but service like that makes such a difference and in this case made a great stay even better. The hotel is lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are great all round. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay we used the holiday inn to commute to legoland. Helpful staff amd very good service. Facilities in bedroom really good aswell. Nothing was to much trouble was a lovely stay we also had an extra night rest their before heading back today

What a find! We stayed as part of a Legoland deal and loved it. Friendly, efficient staff and Suleyman made our children's holiday! Comfortable room with everything we needed. We hope to return.
