De ligging van het hotel

De airco was kapot met 36 graden er zat een scheur in de vitrage en de vuilnisbak zat vol in de wc toen we aan kwamen. en het ontbijt was heel minimaal.

Parking and leisure facilities

advertised air conditioning not working (in a heat wave)and told not likely to this year and no concern shown. Room not ready and took a further 30 minutes, with no apology. Once in room the cleaners apologised for lack of complementary biscuits etc as had run out. Complementary shampoo was empty

Some of the furniture in bar area , Wien and tired , and not enough parking , only 4 disabled parking spaces which were quickly filled , not all showing disabled badges
