The location was fine.

Awful attitude of manager. Tray with festering food left for over 6 hours by the lift. Complaining had no effect until we complained again. Better coffee is offered as a to- pay extra with breakfast but when requested, was told too busy- maybe later. The staff looked glum apart from a lovely smiley girl at reception. Depressing to go back to after a day out. Yes it’s cheap but this doesn’t excuse lazy dirty practise with a dismissive attitude. Must do better.
