We were allocated an accessible room which was fine fir my Husband and just mobility scooter

Would have liked an additional dinner menu in the restaurant rather than just all day dining

Air con was poor, sink took for ever to empty

Great location for hoverport and small funfair at Clarence Pier nice stroll to Gunwharf Quays for Restaurants etc...

Bit pricey compared to other hotels

Not alot. The car park was packed and we managed to find the last spot. It cost 5 a day to do so.

The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor - in the toilets downstairs, the corridors and the room. It could all do with a deep clean and for someone to maintain it. There was a pile of crisps outside one room on the floor for 2 days. The carpet in our room was not clean. The shower handle was broken in parts and not fixed. We will not be coming back. It was very hot and there was no fridge to use. The bar downstairs in the evening had 2 or 3 dogs as well as people sneakily vaping. No one was in charge of the hotel from the management. There is no control over who comes in and leaves hotel. It does not feel secure.

good location ideal for the ferry/hovercraft and Southsea.

Hotel rooms looking a bit tired, rooms need repainting and bathroom regrouting.
