Location of hotel; close proximity of places we wanted to visit; being able to park our car at the hotel (and at a sensible price!); generous size of room & amenities provided, cleanliness; fantastic breakfast; good evening meal available, too; and helpful staff.

Central location, 5th visit for a 1 night chill out with leisure facilities and meal out, plenty of restaurants within 10 minute walk, close to gunwharf 15 minute walk. Thank you again

Not negative at all and forgot to say at reception room 102 1st floor needs a new shower head and once again noise levels being above entrance to property people do congregate there.

Location was great for our needs. The pool was great. Breakfast had a good selection.

On arrival the chap at reception was serving another customer but looked at me quite unexpressionless and for a time which prompted me to say hello and could I give my car reg and we would check in later - he replied he was serving another customer - the other customer very kindly put my details in for me, probably feeling a little awkward too. Tables in bar area didn’t seem to get cleaned up very quickly with empty glasses etc left in tables. The children’s area didn’t get tidied up at all, we asked if we could use the pool table but the pool cues had no tips and staff said we could if we wanted! Breakfast was good, but had to wait 10 mins for the bread to be replenished and had to ask twice as the first person had forgot. Food was very good. Outside there were still glasses outside uncollected from night before and vomit, this was cleaned up though but was not a pleasant sight to see at 10am. Overall I think we saw one jolly happy member of staff who was on reception later on in the day and in morning. Others appeared quiet and a bit reserved. The chap in the swimming pool reception warmed up after we asked a few questions. Overall the atmosphere in main areas were quite lack lustre we felt.

Was lovely to stay at, very quick walk to the beach and has everything you need at the hotel. Room was spacious and very clean! View was lovely from the window

The pillows are not the comfiest, states parking onsite when booking but you have to pay £5 a night for parking at the hotel

Location was good for our need. It was clean and our room was clean and made up to a good standard each day. Other than the bar once, we didn't use any facilities.

Our room was clean to the usual good standard but very small compared to our last visit. Nowhere to put our suitcases other than the limited floor space and it was looking tired round the edges. Good supply of room teabags but one sachet each of coffee not very generous.

The location was spot on, and excellent walking area for the dog.. The breakfast was excellent. Room service was good and available 24/7. Few healthy choices on the menu.

The toom was uncomfortably hot. We had a fan, but really it needed air conditioning. Tea and coffee making was poor, little choice of tea. The bathroom was quite dangerous. A short deep bath, that was very difficult to enter. Just a walk in shower would have been much better.
