"Customer over the years at Preston IHG."

All staff from reception staff Alishia and Yasmin, to the lovely Lorraine, Paul, Will (good luck x ) and Graham. Also Mo the room attenndant, they are all wonderful. IHG should be proud! great service, food great as ever and cleanest rooms.

Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and all the staff are so friendly. Special thanks to Laura, who booked me in and was very welcoming. Overall, i had a lovely experience at this hotel. The atmospher was calm, the location was close to the station and staff were wonderful.

the room was so hot the beds were two singles joined together and the next morning the cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking on the door ! overall worst experience of staying in a hotel won’t be staying again
