Holiday Inn Runcorn M56 Junction 12 by IHG

Room was clean,meals were good and I enjoyed the access to the swimming pool

Wish there were 2comfortable chairs in the room ,also bit disappointing the tvs were not working in the rooms ,there were tvs in the bar area but as the World Cup was on that’s all that was showing and neither of us follow football

Ideal location for our needs and easy to find.

Seats in restaurant looked dirty bur actually had pint on them.

Not much really.

Asked for a double room got a twin room, AC was working but less effective than a fan! Only one toilet roll in the room Only one teabag for tea but two mugs and 2 of everything else. Reception staff were pleasant but others seems less interested. Breakfast was a buffet but at 8.15 there was a scattering of continental items left and not one staff member bought any more out. Location is ok but to top things off my car had bird poo on it in the morning!

The location and access from motorway was good.

Cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. There were cigarette ends thrown everywhere near the entrance. They better have a smoking zone somewhere in the back.
