Breakfast not up to standard staff not helpful’ worst place in my 50 years going to all hotel in uk and abroad

You have long time in restaurant to wait to see the staff timing for breakfast Saturday 11am we got in 10.45 waited to c staff for another ten minutes before ‘ staff appeared and there is none food in dishes and staff said we are closing for lunch to get tables ready v bad set up Friday we went early still half dishes empty’ bakery stuff not there’ and no one bothered if something finished they bring more

Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly

The room we were given had dirt in the wall and carpet looked like throw up on the floor and blood spot in the wall? And only 2 plug sockets worked

Good location

Think it needs a bit of updating as it’s an older property

Looked old from outside but rooms were fine.

The outside looks a little run down.

Handige ligging op weg naar Wales. Prima diner en ontbijt.

Absolutely filthy. Stained bed, stained walls, swear words written all over the lift. Booked a double room, given two singles. The dirtiest room we’ve ever stopped in and if we didn’t check in at midnight and fall straight asleep we would have requested a different room. Made us feel sick in the light.
