Really quiet room Staff were accommodating for breakfast even though I was late coming down!

You need to sort out the tarmac at the entrance - it’s just getting worse and isn’t a good first impression

Location was fine, short drive to services, free onsite parking was good. Room was comfortable.

Quiet and clean

Air con couldn't adjust and noisy bathroom extractor didn't work no batteries in tv remote and TV wouldn't work mattresses were like sleeping on a water bed didnt get much sleep

That it had parking

It was run down and scruffy on first arrival and it didn't get better, walking down to the room was a horrible damp smell and the room we were allocated had a urine stained mattresses, so I went back to reception to say I wouldn't stay in it, I was given another room and when I checked that mattress it was actually worse than the first as it had urine and blood stains on it totally disgusting, even without the stains the mattresses were very old and should have been replaced. I went back to reception again and told the lady about it as I was fed up at this point and I said to make sure this room is clean as I will be checking it, I had to sit in the foyer and wait while she phoned another staff member to check which room had a new mattress, so that shows they know the state of the place doesn't it, when I tried to sit in the foyer to wait the chairs and sofa were stained as well so I sat on the coffee table, the last room we were given we were told was the last room available and it had a new mattress, the mattress was clean but I pulled the duvet out of the cover and that had a blood stain on it, the chair in the room also had a stain on it so I put it out in the hallway, I told reception again, luckily I had brought a sleeping bag just in case as I had never stayed at a holiday inn before and I wouldn't again ever, i only did because it was the only accomodation I could get near to the festival I was going to that took dogs, so I used a sleeping bag for the stay as they didn't even bother to send up new bedding, the bathroom wasn't clean enough either so I cleaned it myself, so much dust and dirt behind the door for example so it shows they never cleaned it properly.

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine ziemliche Bettenburg und mässig schön eingerichtet, aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck, liegt sehr gut an der Autobahn und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Der Pool war auch in Ordnung,es gab sogar extra Handtücher. Insgesamt zu empfehlen für kürzere Aufenthalte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

Auf dem Hotelflur stand benutztes Geschirr vor vielen Zimmertüren,das noch keiner weggeräumt hatte. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen etwas klein,man konnte sich kaum bewegen und das Beistellsofa war sehr unbequem,durchgelegen und knarzte wenn man sich leicht bewegte.

Was very happy with stay. Slept really well. Nice showers. Excellent service and great breakfast.

Building is getting tired. On way out accessible exit was not able to open.
