Breakfast good except the apple juice tasted funny

The cleanliness, the friendlyness of staff , very helpful, food exceptional, all good

The sofa bed needs a new mattress or a topper on it, as could feel the springs.

Location of the property is very good.

Air-conditioning in the room wasn't working. Outside temp was 35 degrees. Air-conditioning is must !! Even though lady the receptionist was aware about it, why did she offered us that room..? Room should have been vlocked for the usage. Also when we asked to shift to the next room she handed over 2 fans !!! That's not what we paid the money for ! Very disappointed in the service. Breakfast was also lousy... coffee machine wasn't operating properly. Food supplies were not refilled on time.. people had to wait / queue for getting the food. Very pathetic food service.

Unfortunately, we booked this hotel specifically to use the jacuzzi, which was listed in the offer. After arriving at the pool area at 7 PM, someone unfortunately started cleaning it and closed it down, even though a lot of people were still using the pool (not to mention that a half-hour pool limit for kids is some kind of a joke). Of course, nobody informed us that it closes early, or maybe someone just decided to do it on their own. ​At breakfast, basic dishes like bacon or eggs were missing, No croissants for the kids either. A JOKE. I paid the full price and we got something we completely didn't expect. ​The housekeeping girls did a great job, everything was very clean, and the lady at the reception was hustling really fast (although it’s very stupid that a receptionist has to run around clearing dirty plates and then rush back to the front desk because someone is standing there waiting). The company doesn't appreciate its employees. ​Overall, the hotel is clean, but if you go there, you better ask if you'll actually get what they offer.

Booked twin room then told non available. Very overpriced for cheap hotel taking advantage of holidays and weather. No bedding for sofa bed. Sofa bed needs clean.

I was looking forward to a cooked breakfast my friend & i , but unfortunately the chef didn't turn up so no cooked Breakfast x2. , I have been refunded for 1 Breakfast, but still waiting for another refund ! , can someone please sort this out . Boiling room No aircon Wasn’t asked how was my stay at reception on check out When I came down to say room was too hot they said that as I wanted a room on a higher floor with no interconnecting doors the aircon was broken For 170 pounds a night in 32 degrees that is terrible

Had booked a twin room but was informed a week before they were none available. after a chat with reception housekeeping managed to split a bed for us.. so problem solved.. Also let us check in a little early as we had tickets to a local sporting event. Staff were very helpful...
