"Wouldn’t be back again"

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the motorway with plenty of free parking available. The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast was average, but still decent and satisfactory overall.

We travelled to this hotel mainly for the pool so our children could enjoy it. However, after completing the booking, we were contacted close to the arrival date and informed about a pool reservation system. I have stayed with this hotel chain several times before and never experienced a strict 30-minute pool session limit. What was even more disappointing was being asked to leave the pool exactly when the time ended, which felt embarrassing and upsetting, especially with children. The staff themselves were very good and helpful, but the policy for the pool at this particular hotel is really poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with children who want to properly enjoy the pool facilities, as it definitely isn’t the best option for that.

Lovely place

We love everything, including the new chefs. The staff are polite and friendly, especially the lovely lady at reception. Also, the VIK station and VID station are our favourites. 😊
