The staff were nice enough

Dirty (sun lounger mattresses filthy and visibly worn out, sofa in my room had stains all over it, and parts of hotel smelled mouldy with parts of ceiling peeling or caving in from leeks), outdated facilities, no attention to detail, cigarette butts scattered all over beach (no ashtrays avail), beverages served in glass on the beach (personally saw two beer glasses broken and glass in the sand) while the beach restaurant served my lunch with disposable wooden cutlery), poor management and communication among staff, ordered a taxi over the phone with reception and when I arrived at reception nobody knew about it.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable

We travel regularly and have never been treated so rudely as we were at the pool. Locals are allowed to pay to use the pool and we were made to feel that they are given priority over the guests. If we knew locals could use the pool we wouldn't have stayed there. When we arrived there were no sunlounges available as there were so many locals there. There were very few umbrellas and no shade. The cushions on the chairs were always covered with bird poo every day. The umbrellas were not secure and one blew onto my friend. The restaurants were closed in the hotel and there were no meals available at night other than unhealthy snacks at the pool. We were unable to walk long distances to go to other restaurants outside the hotel due to recent knee surgery and there was no shuttle bus only expensive taxis which we gave up waiting for one as it took so long. We booked a 5 star expecting restaurants etc as advertised. It meant we always had to eat at the hotel next door as everything else was too far away. This is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means and should not be advertised as one. It is more comparable to 3 stars.

People were all friendly and clean

Only one restaurant open, The one restaurant that was open was only open at different times with different menus depending on the time. There was no room service. On Saturday night they had a wedding and the only restaurant they had closed at 3pm till the next day for the wedding. We had to continuously go to the resort next-door for food day and night.

i've been here before. no omelette station, which was disappointing. some stations were closed. for the price i paid.

i paid the full amount 19.000xpf which didn't include the breakfast. not the local resident price - 15.000xpf that included breakfast, which i addressed at front desk. the manager on duty couldn't just comp the breakfast. i wasn't asking for the room discount which was 4000xpf cheaper by the way.

La chambre et le petit-déjeuner sont vraiment bien.
