"C'était super sauf que le soir des mariages c'est trop bruyant du côté 301!"

Le lit - le petit déjeuner - la piscine

le bruit le soir avec les 2 mariages! c'était insupportable! et à 20H samedi soir aucun bar ouvert dans l'hôtel, nous avons dû courir sur les baies pour boire un verre

Le personnel reste serviable. Le buffet petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié etle service impeccable.

On arrive, il n'y a pas de place dans le parking. On nous dit qu'il faudra nous garer dehors tout en haut mais pas au Casino. Finalement, l'hôtel nous laisse nous garer devant la réception. La chambre dans laquelle nous étions n'avait pas été faite correctement. Il n'y avait pas de peignoirs, pas de bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, un des lits était tâché et le volume de la musique à La Cocotte a été infernal. C'est le pire séjour que j'ai eu. Nous avons dû déménager et la 2è chambre était nickel.

"Disappointing to say the least - expected 5 star got 3.5 and that's being generous."

The room was reasonably newly renovated and was very nice and the breakfast was quite nice, however was cold every day even when first coming out from the kitchen so not sure what that was about.

Room - no hairdryer - leftover tube of moisturiser left over from previous booking. Breakfast - hot food was always cold - only a coffee machine available, no barista, no egg station for omelettes which I would have thought was a given for a 5 star. Gardens - overgrown, umkempt. Pool - furniture needed replacing No room service available - no restaurant open for dinner except for a open air beachside (which was nice) area with snacks and tapas. Buildings were very old and needed roofing rethatched. Advertised a giant chess board that we found at the bottom of the property covered in dirt and just no. Had a wedding and allowed the music to reverberate throughout the whole building until 2 am. Hotel smelt musty in common areas.

Sejour pour le travail / on sent que l'hotel est en sous effectif et redemarre doucement vers une activite economique normal

decoir attendre qu'un mariage se termine a 2h00 du matin, je trouve cela vraiment pas de la quaqlite d'un 5 etoiles - oui organise un mariage dans un hotel, pourquoi pas, mais en faire subir les clients en chambre, je suis vraiment surpris
