Very helpful front desk staff

The property was old but kept up

The shower and the sink would not drain for a very very long time The beds are very old. Surprised that we did sleep ok

Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean, no odors. The drawbacks were that it was noisy - we were in 2nd floor and could hear everything outside our room clearly as well as the folks above us stomping. The other drawback was it was paid parking at $12 per day. Not something one expects when you're out in the suburbs.

There was hair in my shower. I had to wash it before I used it. I couldn’t change rooms. It was 1 o’clock in the morning when I checked in, so I just washed it after that everything was good.

Excellent staff, breakfast and cleanliness, there was an odd musty smell in the room and there was someone smoking marijuana around 2 am and walking through the landscaped area by my window (1st floor) that woke me and was unsettling. otherwise convenient location near. Kaiser hospital was good.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was so yummy. Would highly recommend!
