"Don’t stay here if you like sleeping"

Clerk was kind.

The beds were insanely uncomfortable. I’m 120lbs soaking wet and I sank into a hole probably 5” deep as soon as I lay down. What the heck!? Not us paying 2025 prices for a Super 8 circa 1992 mattress. Two of them- both Q beds in our room were the same.

"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and never had a bug problem."

The breakfast was fair. Not a great variety. What I did have was tasty enough

Got up about 2:15 am and saw a big bug, maybe a roach, but it was crawling around the bathroom. I couldn't go back to sleep for thinking that more bugs might be in the room and could crawl in the bed.

"Exceptional"

The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and our kids loved the pool. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our youngest son loves hotels and he wanted to spend the night for his birthday and the staff made his birthday special.

We loved everything!
