Fairfield Inn & Suites Jefferson City

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and very nice breakfast.

Great location for our visit. Plenty of restaurants within 2 miles. Easy to get off and on the freeway.

Property was fine.

Cleanliness, room size.

Only issue was towels but it was good.

We had to change our reservations 3 times due to a family emergency. Every time I called the staff was very kind and helpful. We weren’t charged for the changes. Then, after we arrived, we had to extend our stay and again they were helpful and made sure we had a room. Rooms are very small with no where for sitting comfortably. The breakfast buffet was nice. We really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

Loved the shower and the cream rinse was wonderful. I was impressed with what they all offered for breakfast. Although, I only had a bagel with peanut butter. .

I had to shut the fridge off due to the motor was so loud we couldn't sleep. I could also hear the person snoring all night in the room next door. The bathroom door squeaked so loud it couldn't be shut or I would have woke my husband up.

We stayed there five nights and housekeeping was never offered. I had to request fresh towels and empty our wastebaskets myself. Though front desk and housekeeping were helpful on check-in in finding a shower chair for my wife, it was tight maneuvering in the bathroom and had to be shuffled Around as the door was open and closed. Also, ants were frequently observed on the desk. We killed three or four a night. Another challenge was loud creaking from the ceiling from the guests above who seemed to be walking about much of the night. They weren't walking heavily, but just walking at all created, loud creaking noises that disturbed our sleep. It's like the floorboards need to be screwed down.
