Breakfast had limited options, syrup available yet no waffles. Minor criticism. Property was very well maintained, ready access to the hwy, yet far enough away it was quiet and safe.

"Decent place, good breakfast!"

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Coffee is good. Shower was nice and room was clean. The bed was pretty soft and hard on the back. Good location right off 50 highway. Here for ball tournament. Parking is fine! I would stay here again if needed. Close to hyvee and places to eat.

If you want a clean place but don't want to sleep. Stay here. Place is loud. You can hear everything that is going on outside the hotel and everything inside the hotel. Upstairs people running,/jumping all night long. The door did not close properly and there was a gap so those outside the door can see in and vice versa.
