Server at breakfast was exceptional

It was fine

The pool water and area was dirty.

Did not feel like a Marriott. Not a good value.

Didn't partake of the breakfast, too many kids in dining room. Request for a quiet room on upper floor was granted and assigned however assigned room was not ready or already in use by someone else, had to request a different room. Room had all the customary amenities, they just seemed to be on a very small, cramped scale.

Small elevator, narrow corridors, small tv, very small microwave oven, expensive snacks and drinks in lobby. (at least they were available) The only ice machine was on the first floor which required using a small busy and slow elevator from the third floor!

He estado en otros hoteles y la verdad que este me gusto mucho por su limpieza aunque la piscina estaba cerrada eso es lo único pero por todo lo demás este hotel esta muy bien como para yo volver a quedarme en el

Location

Shower door was broke and it wouldn’t stay shut so that we could shower. Hair all over the comforter. They cleaned the room next door at midnight and kept us awake. We thought someone was trying to break in. Very disappointing

The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was always so kind and allowed us to make arrangements when we wanted to setup a surprise party in the lobby lounge for my mom!

The breakfast was the same every day. No real ability to lounge in the room, an ottoman would be nice for the corner chair. There was a group of men in the lounge around 4/5 pm everyday that, one day, harassed me for READING because the lobby lounge was the only place to really lounge that was not the bed. One of them knew the employees so I'm not sure if some/all worked there or not.

Clean, appears new, excellent location.

Close to the Hockey rink, clean and the poll was great.
