Nice area to stay close to restaurants

Room was reasonably clean, but seems that maintenance is somewhat is lacking. Shower head was very crusted with limescale. The shower door handles were extremely loose (I was afraid they would fall off) and the towel rack was deformed and bent forward. It appeared to me that people have used both to catch themselves in mid slip, which makes sense as there are ZERO grab bars if you needed it. Water damage on the wall behind the toilet was not painted or covered giving the room the overall feeling that they “just don’t care”. Light fixture was half out above the mirror, making it hard to put on make up. Just a side note that my travel companion in a room a few doors down had a leaky shower that dripped all night. (So maintenance issue was not confined to my room.) On the brighter side, the bed was clean and generally comfortable and I liked the many plugs available on the nightstand and the internet TV. If they would just have taken care of some very basic SIMPLE maintenance (probably 20 min job total) the room would have been much more inviting and comfortable. Breakfast was well appointed and tasty. Overall, it was OK, but I’d probably check out some other branded hotels in Jeff City before staying here again. I suggest taking a room that is on the back side of the building as there is some minor traffic noise in front.

Really bad . Had traveled and stayed with multiple Marriott’s in the past . This one has the tiniest room with poorly decorated, no sofa to sit , No pictures on wall . Will never recommend Fairfield inn in my life .

Price was very high what what the hotel was and offered.

I would have preferred someone to at least come into my room and make my bed. I can't believe I am paying more and more for a room, but receive less and less service.

This hotel was in a good location, clean, and friendly staff.

breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is in a good location and the facility is well maintained. My only knock on this place would be the so called breakfast buffet. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged food and everything was mislabeled and in short supply. They ran out of coffee both days and only provide one coffee pod per room. What a joke!!! I simply will not return to this location due to these issues.
