Fairfield Inn & Suites Jefferson City

The breakfast was very poor. Having to microwave the meal was not good. I think if the guest does not eat breakfast should not be charged for the breakfast.

The pool ceiling looks like it was going to fall down. Rust around the maintenance doors. Our room someone was working on the smoke detector in our room. Left the cover off and on the table. The TV needs to be mounted up on the wall. You cannot lay in bed and watch TV. The bathroom the shower curtain was not long enough. and the slope of the floor when you took a shower water goes everywhere. Had a hard time finding the hair blow dryer. Someone was cutting the grass and I was not pleased with them with the grass clippings blown on my car. This was very poor for the customer. I do not know if I will stay here again. I was told one price and when the final bill came and I had no extra charges was a different price. Not all of the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was ok. I have been using this hotel for 3 years. I hate to see it going down. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave.

There was visible dirt on the shower wall. Something had fallen off the wall in the shower, so only the glue was visible. When I arrived, the hostess told me my room would not be cleaned daily. I asked how much it would be to upgrade my room and nothing was available. Definitely wasn’t worth the $150/night I paid for.

It had a recent remodal and in great condition.

Check in was a breeze. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well kept inside and out. Convenient location and parking. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. At first we were disappointed that the breakfast buffet was pre-packaged. But the hot food was delicious, and the woman who prepared it for us was so kind. She (Kelly) did such a good job making sure the food stayed hot and the dining area stayed clean! The front desk hostess allowed us a late check-out which was a blessing. The free wi-fi worked great. The pool and workout room are very small but super clean and sufficient for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. It was a handicapped accessible room. Our only concern was that the shower was not built to prevent water from spilling over onto the bathroom floor. So, the entire bathroom floor was soaked with water every time we used the shower. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice hotel and a good price.

We were comfortable in our room. The towels were a little stiff and scratchy.Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was not what was described. The sausages were gray and did not look edible and there were no waffles even though there was syrup.

I love staying at this hotel but was disappointed in the hotel this time. First, the staff was subpar - they were never near the front desk and instead sitting in the breakfast area on their phones or not in fights. Also, wake up alarms were going on around our floor early the next morning - the room we were connected to had an alarm going off for 15 minutes until I called down to the front desk. When I left my room, there was another alarm going off non- stop just a few doors down. Are guests leaving these alarms on?! Bizarre.
