Fairfield Inn & Suites Jefferson City

Our coffee maker didn’t seem to be working. We mentioned it to the front desk and the immediately had a new one in our room. Very clean and nice staff

Room was clean. No housekeeping every day, but they tell you to call the front desk if you need anything. I had very little shampoo and conditioner in their bottles. They also should have had an extra roll of toilet paper if no housekeeping. The light in my shower room was out, I did not say anything since I was alone and could leave the door open. Other than that it was a fine property and I would stay again.

Nice hotel.

A series of small issues made this trip extremely unpleasant resulting in zero sleep. Lamp on desk didn’t work when I needed a work station, the TV didn’t work at all, the heater/AC unit and a really annoying squeal when it turned on, the bed appeared slept in and the covers simply pulled up and to top it all off, the alarm clock went off at 4:45am by itself. Top it off with no ice or vending on the third floor, paper thin walls that allowed me to clearly listen to my neighbors conversations from the bathroom and a 6-9am breakfast that wasn’t open at 6am when I got there at 6am. Lights were off and nobody was around. Hard to figure out what made it worth $110/night.

The front desk staff was friendly and quick with my check-in. The motel is fairly close to the highway and on the main artery road that runs downtown and it is only about 10 minutes from downtown.

The stay was fine. Front desk was nice…not friendly but nice. A little disappointed in the options on the television. It showed the option for Netflix and other streaming apps but it wasn’t connected to internet and when we asked the front desk if there is a way to use any of those apps she said she didn’t know. Breakfast was very disappointing. Very few options…eggs and freezer burned sausage patties. And we were told there was no waffle mix. The room was nice and clean. We couldn’t get any conditioner out of the dispenser in the shower though. Overall, it was fine for a 1 night stay but when I’m in the area again we will probably choose another place to stay.

We stayed two nights over the weekend and enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and easy to access. Breakfast was hot and good giving a choice between pork and turkey sausage which we don’t always see.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was quiet; no noise from outside or neighbors. The pool looked clean; but we didn't use it...no time. Microwave and fridge in the room....bonus for leftover pizza.

I only spent one night here — the room showed its age a bit (although there was, it seemed, a new, modern shower) and the cooling unit was noisy — but, the room was very clean and met my needs. The dining area is spacious and clean — basic assortment of breakfast buffet foods. All good!

Very enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Food selection was great - hot and plentiful. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were very courteous and polite. Would definitely stay here again.
