The breakfast was average. The bed was comfortable. the room was dirty. No trash bags for the trash can. Not enough tissue or napkins. I called to ask for them to bring trash bags and they did not.

Staff did not have great customer service, I did not feel welcomed I felt like I was a bother to staff. Staff was not readily available. I had to wait for someone to assist me more than once. The hotel key card did not work. I had to replace the key card more than 3 times. the bathroom tub was dirty. Toilet was stopped up multiple times. I had to call maintenance. No trash bags for the trash can. Not enough tissue or napkins. I called to ask for them to bring trash bags and they did not.
