We had two rooms for our family. The televisions in neither room worked for the two nights we were there. On the second day, we were locked out of our room. Thankfully the maintaince man was there and finally got it open

We did not feel safe for ourselves or our rental car. It was in a dangerous neighborhood in the middle of a homeless community.
