Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Beaumont

Moldy smell, room needed better repairs than had been done to it. Bed was very comfortable staff was good.

The rooms were very humid like the HVAC system wasn’t working properly. The door frames were rusty. The floor tile in the bathroom were loose, broken and they were loose.

Hotel nice outside. Quick check in and very nice staff. Hotel under renovation and halls and elevators were dirty with sheetrock dust and saw dust. Room smell nice and was cool but not cold but when took shoes off carpet was damp like they just shampoed it but it had not had time to dry. Bed was very comfortable and rest of room was nice. Hotel guests banging doors, but that’s typical kids.

The staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotel is run down but they are repainting. The room walls are very thin and it is very noisy. Beds are comfortable.

Service was good and room was comfortable. Some amenities were missing - liner for ice bucket, only cardboard cups provided. Large shower, but all towels were stored in the shower and could not be reached without straining or actually stepping in the shower to reach (actual foot print on shower floor when we arrived). Room was comfortable but public areas need help.

Hotel was good. Got double charged for the room by hotel staff.

Someone decided to play with the fire alarm on my last night and it didn’t stop until 1130. This was not they’re fault. But it did make the night longer and needed the early start.

Must be false advertisement on Fairfield, I booked double bed and sofa couch and when we arrived it was not what I booked asked the staff if they had any rooms to accommadate my party this hotel does not have suites to accomadate party of five. Will never book again at Fairfeild Inn and Suites. Hotel had a bad smell as well, breakfast was good and tasty and hot.
