"King bed... with Dehumidifier included?!?"

Booked a King Room. We were given the handicap room on the first floor. The walls had been painted, but sections of the old wallpaper were still in the bathroom. The bedroom has a large rolling dehumidifier in the corner. Not sure what the story there was, but it wasn’t a standard room amenity! We will not stay at this hotel again.

"Very nice hotel"

I had to stay here because the hotel leave the hotel we rented before because it was discussing, but this hotel was so clean and no smoking smell. We love the breakfast too. Super clean hotel, will stay here again.

The room itself was decent and nice, but you could hear the highway outside all night. The pool was closed for maintenance and the elevators were broken. Neither of these was listed on the website. The hot and cold in the shower was reversed from the labeling. Overall it wad a decent stay.

"Not my first choice for the future"

The hotel staff was great. Unfortunately, that’s all. The fire alarm went off in the room after midnight on the first night and the fire department came knocking on the door 15 minutes later. Obviously there was no fire. The next night was alarm free but the second morning at 5:50 the alarm went off again and the fire department shows up again. Then the alarm continues to go off 3 more times during the morning. No more sleep. Apparently the elevator was the cause and from Friday till Monday the elevator would be shut down. Being on the 3rd floor this was a bit of an issue. The ac/heat just blew the same speed and temp. It didn’t matter what it was set on. At least it was cool out and the temp was manageable. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and missing grout. It felt like you were walking on a shaky floor in the bathroom. And after the second night a mildew smell started that got worse every day. We left a day early after the final day of no elevators and the smell. We won’t be back.

"Overall really happy"

Nice healthy options for complimentary breakfast. Great location right off i-10. Easy acces to major highway. Wish that there wasn’t construction going on but didn’t interfere with the comfort of stay.
