Fairfield Inn Suites Brunswick

The hotel was conveniently located off I-95. The front desk attendant was the best we have ever had checking into a hotel. The hotel was extremely clean.

Easy check and staff was friendly

This was s great, clan stay. The bathroom was super clean amd no nasty, random hairs in sight! Im a big fan of the Marriott--and its a pet-free zone!

Nice place

I was not happy about all the noise. I could hear the people in the next room clear as day. And the people upstairs like they had a wrestling match going on. I will definitely try another hotel on my next stay.

Just fyi, toilet not flushing. Will let know in am as checked in late and too tired to call in and have someone look at

Heating and cooling was easy to use and worked well. The breakfast was decent, but

breakfast service terminated at 9 am which is not convenient for us, older, retired travelers who tend to get up a bit on the late side. Other hotels offer their breakfast until 10 am. We booked a single king bed, but the room had two queen beds. We could have benefitted from having a small table in the room at which we could have opened our computers. The street and driveway access is screwy - narrow, and there is no straight in or out ingress or egress. It is confusing, especially at night.

Beds advertised as kingsized were queen which they admitted and thermostat went up to 80 in the middle of the night. When I complained in the morning, I was told that I should have called (at 3 in the morning???) i was also told that if I had done this and that, it would have reset. Clearly, that was not the first time that the thermostat had failed. I have stayed st many Fairfields but this was the worst.
