"It was not good. We will return to Hampton Inn."

I staff were very helpful and they worked very hard to rectify our situation. Even though we had a confirmation number they couldn’t find our reservation. We were very lucky they found us a room. After all this they double charged us .

VERY CLEAN BREAKFAST AREA.

WE DIDN’T KNOW BEFORE HAND PARTS OF THE HOTEL WERE BEING RENOVATED. WE WERE NOT INFORMED WHEN THE WATER WOULD BE TURNED OFF BEFORE HAND.

We only stopped for one night driving home from Disney World. It was clean, neat and the staff were very nice and friendly. The room qas comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was going under refurbishment so Im assuming they just havent gotten to that room yet. It was perfect for our needs.

The room was extremely dark. Housekeeping did not show up until check out. Asked for an extra blanket and had was told to come get it. They currently were doing construction on the next floor
