"Great Stay!!"

The rooms are very cleaned and the front desk customer service was just amazing. Whatever you need they go out of thier way to try and provide it for you. I think i found my forever hotel whenever in Dallas!! Great job Fairfield Inn!!

"Needs a lot of maintenance"

Needed a last minute room and it was TX v OU weekend so options were very limited. The first room had about a 1/2 inch gap between the window and wall so air was coming through and I had to change rooms. Second room the toilet didn't work but I was too tired and went to bed. The hotel is on a freeway and you can clearly hear the noise. The room itself just seemed sad and drab with no art work on the walls and the elevator carpet didn't look very clean. The bed was a little hard and lumpy. It was inexpensive and for only one night but I wouldn't stay again.

The ceiling was falling apart and pieces of white ceiling were falling on the desk from water damage. I could never find anybody at the front desk or to answer the phone.

I like how clean the property was when we arrived and the smell was also pleasant. The rooms also looked clean.The staff at the front desk seemed nice and friendly as well. I also liked that they offer breakfast in the morning . The site said they had a pool but I didn't see anything but I could do without it so thats fine.

Hotel is dated. AC doesnt work properly. Cramped feel. Hallway and elevator are narrows. Coffee is always out. Hotel Needs updating asap
