Overbooked the hotel!...so we were told our reservations, which were made a week prior, were not guaranteed! What is the point of making reservations, taking a deposit and then telling us the day of, after traveling from out of state, there may not be rooms available when we get there. HORRIBLE management. Also overcharged from what we were quoted (was finally reimbursed after a few calls), after we fought to keep the rooms reserved, then was hung up on by the rude front desk woman. Shout out to Dewey, he was a very helpful employee and felt like the only person working here was there for the customer...thank you to him! Steer clear of this hotel.
