"Great customer service"

Mr Dewey Tramiel was very hospitable and welcoming 💜 I will definitely be back. I’m huge on customer service and he was awesome, you can tell he enjoys his job. I’ll come back just because of his service. The room was clean and the breakfast was hot and ready🥰

"Great hotel stay"

The staff was very welcoming to the Texas A&M Hockey team and provided us with a pleasant experience. They were accommodating with breakfast and made sure that every player had a bed to sleep on. Very happy with the service and the overall stay.

Amazing service! Brandon Beown was an amazing host. I am apart of the Texas A&M ice hockey team and he opened up the conference room so we could air our gear out. Super respectful and great service. He was great and the hotel was extremely clean.

The hotel was average. The desk staff was not welcoming or friendly on arrival. The key did not work for my door immediately, so I had to get it redone. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, so I had to call maintenance. It was not a good stay.

I liked the location of this hotel and it was pretty quiet. Unfortunately, the first night I arrived I saw a large cockroach right above my bed. I don't really fault the hotel, it is Texas after all and bugs are to be expected. The front desk clerk immediately had me switch rooms, however, I didn't sleep at all because we got moved to a room directly above the old room so I kept thinking the roaches would scatter after being sprayed. Probably not true but I could not get it out of my head. Then the next morning I woke up and the toilet wouldn't flush. Once again, they immediately went to fix the problem. The staff is great and attentive and I think try to do their best with an old hotel.
