"Expected better"

I expected this chain hotel to be in better condition. Needs maintenance and updating. The room we were assigned had an older model tv, that was unplugged and when we plugged it in it wouldn’t turn on, no cable or nothing worked. Told front desk and they moved us to another room which tv worked with the cable they had. We were hoping to connect our Netflix. After the concert we attended we purchased some sodas they had, one of them seemed a bit flat. The room was okay, and the location was great for our event. I would not stay here again.

"Comfy, cold, and great!"

Great room with comfy beds. Cold AC. Amazing shower with great pressure but shower head was a little short (I’m 6’-5” tall) so I had to squat a little bit to get under the shower head but it had great pressure and it got hot fast. Front desk was friendly and emerged and welcoming.

"Bare basics, Not quality Marriott Hotel"

I travel a lot for work and stay in lot of Marriott hotel. I am surprised that this hotel still has the Marriott brand. The only things about this hotel that make it recognizable as a Mariott is the decor, and the Marriott channel/programming on the TV's in the rooms. This hotel feels more like a older, cheaper, lower quality of hotel. I was here for a company training so I didn't have much of a choice on staying or getting a different hotel. The room felt dirty and smelled weird. It was so bad that we bought air freshener to spray in the room to make it smell better. The air felt muggy in the room, like it needed to be purified and humidified. There was a sticky spot next to the bed that I would stick to my shoes. Based on the room I was afraid to eat from the breakfast. The beds are low to the floor and uncomfortable. Ladies, the mirror lighting is horrible for putting on make up. Not much lighting in the room, and the mirror lighting is yellow. The staff the staff I interacted with were pleasant. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are other marriott's nearby with better quality standards.

A four minute drive to and from the Toyota Pavillion! Even with after show traffic, it was easy peasy to get back!
