The property is in a convenient location and the deposit required to stay is cheaper than majority of other hotels.

The hotel room 229 we stayed in smelled bad like a sweaty dog. We thought that the smell would get better when the AC cooled down the room. It made the smell slightly better but still stank. Also in the hallway outside the room there was water damage/spots on ceiling could be cause for room smell.

Friendly staff.

Not enough towels in the bathroom.

Ease of scheduling

The TV was unusable. Press all the buttons on the remote - nothing.. no instructions. Apparently, using Booking com or other 3rd party venues, you end up on the 3rd floor. While the elevator worked okay, I suppose ground floor rooms are reserved for late-comers. In this instance the 3rd floor was half under renovation. Plastic sheets cordering off a segment of the floor.

Love the staff and everything was clean. The staff were emphatic about our previous experience at the hotel we just left and gave us a newly renovated room. Breakfast was delicious.

We loved everything about our stay.

Closet all events planned for weekend.

The room next to me had an overflow from somewhere and so there was repeated loud banging as they let door slam while they transferred rooms. Then repair workers were there with loud machines vacuuming up water I guess. This all happened at 12:30am! I went downstairs and talked to reception and she informed me what was happening. Poor sleeping that night!
