"Can't get a hold of them."

Attempting numerous times to call this Fairfield Inn to discuss my reservation. No one answered the phone. I then sent a message to their customer service via email. Again, no response. Nonexistent customer service!

As a person who is reluctant to sleep on hotels I have to say this visit made me very comfortable! The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable too! The AC kept the room cool although it was a bit loud in addition to being in the room behind the elevator so we heard it through the wall when it went up or down Breakfast was ok typical selection of items Overall I would stay here again as long as they keep up with the conditions
